Dear Project Officer; In order for your product to start up in a timely and healthy manner, please check the “Yes” or “No” boxes by examining the questions below. Make sure to review the assembly diagram in the user and assembly manual or which you will request from ACS. If this form is not delivered to ACS Technical Service at least 7 working days before your start up date, the start up process does not start. When our team arrives at your worksite, if the start up conditions are not ready or missing, the process of start up for the second time will be made with a fee. If you need extra information about this form or your device, ACS will gladly support you. Best wishes for a successful business together.
If the products replaced in the spots in the project
If the installation and cell connections of the devices that have been moved to their places have been made?
If all the wiring(and all related cableworks) have to be completed as per manufacturer’s technical specifications
Heating and Cooling Coils must be equipped with three way valves and servo motors. And water supply must be started
The water inlet and water drainage connections of the humidifiers must be completed
If there are VAV units and if it is requested connection of these to BMS all electric wiring must have beeen done untill automation control board.
If there is duct type electric heater, proper cable must have been installed between electric Resistance and AHU automation control panel.
If there are VAV or electric heater in ceiling ,proper service door (min 60×60 cm) must have been installed on the ceiling .
Drain water and siphon connections must be done
Wherever the control panel of air handling units is desired to be located, that location; 1 x 2×0.75 and 1 x 3×0.75 shielded cable must be drawn.
If the pollution information of the HEPA filters is to be obtained, 2×0.75 cables must be drawn for each HEPA box and an service door of at least 60×60 cm must be made on the ground.
A 2×0.75 cable must be drawn between the suction grill and the air handling unit automation control panel. (For room temperature control)
All staff who will be trained for use of the units must be ready
