Dear Project Officer; In order for your product to start up in a timely and healthy manner, please check the “Yes” or “No” boxes by examining the questions below. Make sure to review the assembly diagram in the user and assembly manual or which you will request from ACS. If this form is not delivered to ACS Technical Service at least 7 working days before your start up date, the start up process does not start. When our team arrives at your worksite, if the start up conditions are not ready or missing, the process of start up for the second time will be made with a fee. If you need extra information about this form or your device, ACS will gladly support you. Best wishes for a successful business together.
If the products replaced in the spots in the project
If the installation and cell connections of the devices that have been moved to their places have been made on a very flat surface?
If all the wiring(and all related cableworks) have to be completed as per manufacturer’s technical specifications.
Heating and Cooling Coils must be equipped with three way valves and servo motors. And water supply must be started
The water and electrical connections of the humidifiers must be completed
If the cleaning the inside of the air handling units have been performed (dust from the construction site, soil, etc.)
Drain water and siphon connections must be done
All staff who will be trained for use of the units must be ready

If you have an automation system installed on your device, answer the following questions:
If the installation of automatic control equipment has been completed on the device.
If the automatic control equipment and control panel are programmed and operational.
If the automator of your company has the ability to complete the preparations and work with the ACS team during the start up process.
