The difference between precision air-conditioning and normal air-conditioning systems
Air-conditioning system cannot only be used for comfort, but it can also be used for precision cooling. Precision cooling is necessary for a number of industrial purposes, and a number of other reasons. Precision cooling gives more efficient cooling compared to that of normal cooling.
Precision air-cooling or Precision Control Air Conditioning Solutions are a lot different from normal air-cooling or air-conditioning systems. In case of domestic air conditioning systems, or in case of any other normal air-conditioning systems, you can set a particular temperature, which will be set by the compressor within the air-conditioning unit. But that cannot be considered as a precision cooling system. In case of normal air-conditioning systems, where you set a particular temperature, it is not necessary that the temperature will be constantly set at that point.
Normal cooling systems
For example, if you set the temperature of your air-conditioning unit to 21°C, the compressor will run, and set your indoor temperature to 21°C, after which the compressor will turn off. Now the external disturbances will be acting on the system or on your indoor temperature, and it will again raise the temperature to a little more. All the air-conditioning systems have a threshold, and if the temperature reaches that particular threshold, the compressor will again start. For example, it may be 2°C for your air-conditioning system. It means, if you set your temperature to 21°C, the compressor will again start, when the room temperature on the indoor temperature will reach 23°C.
Precision cooling systems
But in case of Precision Control Air Conditioning Solutions, the temperature will have to be set at 21°C. It means if the temperature reaches 21°C, it will maintain the temperature, without even turning the compressor off. When the temperature reaches the set point, the compressor will keep on working but with less efficiency, such that the temperature does not reach 22°C or less than 21°C. Though, they also come with thresholds, but the thresholds are 0.1 to 0.2°C, which keep the system that precise.
