CARCASS
Cell frame consists of specially extruded aluminium profile and alüminium or plastic corner elements. Profile inner surfaces have been designed totally closed in order to minimize pressure losses and prevent filth depositions. |
PANEL
Panels forming the body consist of two walls and panel outer surface has been produced from PVC coated or electrostatic powder painted galvanized sheet, and inner surface from galvanized sheet or if demanded from stainless steel.
Heat and noise insulation is obtained by injecting 25 mm B2 type fireproof polyurethane material between two walls. Polyurethane material consisting of two different materials, is mixed according to adequate ratios with special equipments and filled with fluid injection method.
Double layer galvanized sheet used in panels has been connected to each other with new K profile designs (Please look: New design). Panels forming the body can be used as both stationary and service door.
Panels used as service door are equipped with hinge and arm mechanisms; the number of these mechanisms is altered between 2 to 4 according to device height. |
SEALING
Special air cushioned rubber leakproof sealing are used on connection points of panels forming the body and carcass forming cell frame in order to prevent possible air leakages that could be emerged due to pressure differences. |
RADIAL FANS
In ventilator and aspirator cells, depending on pressure loss values in the ventilation systems, for low and medium level pressure losses systems (100-700 Pa) forward or backward inclined winged, for high pressure losses systems (700-1500 Pa) backward sparse inclined winged, statically and dynamically balanced, high efficient, silent, double suction, radial NICOTRA brand fans are used.
Electrical motors are IP 54 protected, F insulation class, 380 V, 50 hertz and selected according to the value calculated by increasing the fan shaft power by %15 (safety coefficient).
Radial fans are driven with belt-rim mechanism. Driving rims are balanced, easy-to-assemble and disassemble, and are connected to motor shaft with central conical pressing bracket. There are adequate classical standard V belts in order to maintain power transfer between motor and fan rims. There are specially designed mechanism giving the opportunity to adjust in two-axis in order to obtain best belt tension.
Radial fans and electric motors are mounted on the same chassis, rubber insulators mounted on the carrier sledges are used under fan motor chassis in order to prevent vibrations.
Fan cell outlet mouth and radial fan blowing mouth are connected to each other with leakproof rubber sealed sheet flanged flexible connection element. |
AIR DAMPERS
Air dampers used in centrals has been produced with galvanized sheet metal or special aluminum profile body and aerodynamic profiled wings, they consist of hidden plastic gear mechanism and housing elements.
Air dampers giving staples air adjustment chance between % 0-100 capacity range, are designed considering wing and gear widths according to air flow rate and device dimensions with the aim of minimizing air leakages from edges. They can be operated manually or with servomotor. |
FILTERS
There several types of filters in centrals.
Front filters are EU3- EU4 class, have crude dust catching ability, and are placed in V position in the cell in order to minimize air speed.
Synthetic Bag Filters are EU5-EU6-EU7-EU9 class, have high dust catching ability, abd are placed in the cell with galvanized frames by using rubber sealing in specially designed cassettes.
Filter cells have been designed according to international standard filter dimensions and optimum air speeds in a manner of preventing air leakages. All filter cells have intervention doors giving the possibility to replace and clean the filters. Differential pressure prosestats can be supplied in order to monitor filter dirtiness levels. |
HEATER AND COOLER BATTERIES
Heater and cooler batteries are produced with copper pipe – aluminum wing or steel pipe – steel wing depending on usage area and fluid characteristics; all are subjected to hydrostatic test under adequate pressure after production.
Batteries are mounted on sledges, which arranged for easy intervention into cell. Condensation pans placed underside of the cooler batteries are produced with epoxy coated galvanized sheet metal and if necessary, specially formed drop catchers can also be used. Electrical heaters are produced with steel pipe – steel wing, and if demanded, safety thermostat can be used. |
WATERED HUMIDIFIERS
Watered humidifiers are in cells produced from standard panels and consist of water distribution pipes designed depending on capacity, hard PVC nozzles specially designed for maximum water pulverization, galvanized steel main distribution pipe selected according to capacity, and suction, discharging, overflowing and supply connection mouths produced with galvanized steel, observation glass from hard PVC, and drop catchers from PVC or stainless steel in order to prevent water drag.
VAPORED HUMIDIFIERS
Vapored humidifiers are in cells produced from standard panels and consist of vapor distributors of which dimensions and numbers are determined according to capacity, connection mounts with adequate diameters, observation glass from hard PVC, and drop catchers from PVC or stainless steel in order to prevent water drag.
SILENCERS
Silencers are in galvanized sheet metal frame in order to get required noise absorption level and consist of glass wool and tulle sections. |
