Water Cooling Towers

Tower body:
Its design and construction make it highly strength and easy-to-transport. It consists of cold water pool and upper body. It is epoxy painted as standart. If it is demanded, it is produced with galvanized sheet.
Hot water distribution system:
It is designed for minimum water pressure in a manner of providing homogenous water distribution on filling.  Plastic Filling:
It is produced with polystyrene plastic in a manner of giving maximum high performance. Filling material works at maximum 50 °C. Because of filling material is inflammable, it must be protected from fire. In the case of prosess water or chemicals are used, it should be consulted to ACT centers. 
Eliminators:
Because of plastic polystyrene eliminators channel air very good, they demand lesser power from fan. They hold water quite well thanks to their multi-passed assembly. Drag losses are below %0.2.
Fan:
Statically and dynamically full balanced fans which designed for ACT series towers are produced with corrosion resistant material. It is connected to tower flexibly. It is driven by belt-rim system.
Fan and Motor Protector:
There are wire cages for preventing unwanted bodies into fan. Motor is protected against rain and other environmental effects with a special protector. There is a protector for belt-rim system too.
Water Filter:
It cleans water from foreign bodies. It is fixed on pool suction.
Control Door:
Fully leakproof cover have special closing mechanism. After cover opened, flator adjustment and if necessary tower maintenance can be done. 
Carrier Rings:
It is mounted on the tower for easy transportation.
Bearing Leg:
There were located longitudinally legs in order to prevent tower base oxidization.
Armatures:
Consists of feeding flator that could met vaporing and dragging losses and supply, drainage and overflowing connections.
 

High Technology:
ACT Series Water Cooling Towers realize water cooling function with reverse contact of air and water. Water is sent to fillings through special distribution mechanism. While water drops fall down to water pool, meets with rising air flow and cools down.
Large Capacity Range:
10 models between 24-254 m3/h water flow rate.
Easy Assembly:
Tower is carried by carrier rings located on upper side of assembly point. Connection necks located on fan outlet and tower are connected to each other by plastic calash. By this means vibrations emerged due to fan operation is not transmitted to tower body. If demanded, vibration dampers can be fixed on fan chassis. Tower is bolt connected. It can easily be disassembled and transported.
Reliability:
Thickness, form and composition of the material that is used leads to long healthy operation. For the towers demanded to be work through out the year, an adequate electrical heater can be located in order to prevent water freezing.
Silent Operation:
Radial fan operation at very low revolutions and efficient areas leads to silent operation and low power consumption.
